* The accommodation fees above are for 4 days accommodation on 8-12 October 2008, Full Board Special Congress Package prices.

* VAT will be added to all the prices stated above.

* No refund will be made out of the accommodation package prices for accommodation less than 4 days.

* The accommodation fee should be paid to the bank account given below and the accommodation form together with the document evidencing payment should be sent to the congress secretariat via fax or post before 15 June 2008 so as to benefit from the discounted accommodation package prices.

PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION FEES
You are requested to pay the accommodation fee to the bank account given below so that hotel registration and booking procedures may be completed appropriately.

HOTEL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Requests for cancellation of hotel reservations should be notified to Figür Congress Organization Services in written form.
For cancellation requests made before 08 September 2008, paid hotel fees will be refunded after 10% deduction for bank expenses and the statutory deductions. No refund will be made in cancellations after 08 September 2008.
